Hello lovelies!
It’s time for WWW Wednesday! This meme was originally hosted by A Daily Rhythm but was revived by Sam from Taking on a World of Words. It’s a place to talk about the books you’ve been reading, plan to read and have read. I don’t usually keep track of my reading, except for my Goodreads Challenge, but I’ve found this meme to be really helpful with keeping me on track.

To take part all you have to do is answer the following questions:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What are you going to read next?
Currently Reading

Oh my word, I think this is the first time in a very, very long time (with the exception of last week haha) that I’m actually reading a book on its own. These past two week have been crazy busy with uni assessments and time has not been on my side. Next week will more than likely be more of the same but at least I have a pretty decent book to keep me sane! I signed up for My Best Friend’s Royal Wedding on Netgalley as the premise sounded so romantic and adorable! I love a royal romance trope in books and so far this one is giving out all the feel-good vibes I’m after!
Recently Finished
This past week has been a star-studded cast of really great books! Commute was heart-wrenchingly authentic and sadly so relatable. I think this is a book that will be underrated due to the deeper issues discussed but is honestly so worth the read!
On a lighter note, Timothy Mean and the Time Machine was a wholesome book packed full of adventure, fun and great historical marvels that would be fit for a Pixar film, or the perfect bedtime story. The rhyme and whimsy took me away to faraway lands while the stunning graphics completely caught my eye!

Aren’t the bold colours on this cover just TO DIE FOR? They’re absolutely gorgeous and caught my eye. I’m such a sucker for a beautiful cover *sigh* especially when they have intriguing titles too. I remember being asked this question once and having absolutely no idea what I would grab in a last minute dash. The premise of this book sounds so interesting. I recently read a similar book called Consumed by J.R Ward that took my breath away. Here’s hoping this one will too!

// have you read any of these books? what were your thoughts on them? //
Ooh the cover is beautiful for Things You Save In A Fire !! Definitely the kind of cover that would draw me in! The Title is also very intriguing, I agree! may have to look into this one. Nice selection of books this week!

Commute sounds really interesting!! And I never thought of this meme as a way to track reading. I’ve never taken part in it because I figure most of my blogger buddies can see my GR feed which I do update pretty frequently. Might have to give it a whirl!

Yeah I use this as a way to keep track of ARCs I need to read next etc 😀 It’s how I think of my blogging week, Wed to Wed 😀 If you give it a try I’d love to see the post. I’ll keep an eye out for it! Jen

I’m looking forward to hearing whether you recommend My Best Friend’s Royal Wedding! I’ve just finished reading Crooked Kingdom (OMG, INCREDIBLE) by Leigh Bardugo, am currently reading Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston and am likely going to read Nimona next (I’ve been saving it!) xx

It’s pretty good so far! There are a few things I would prefer to be different about it but I love royal romance tropes and it’s suiting my mood perfectly 😀 I’ve been meaning to read Leigh Bardugo for a while now. Everyone raves about her world-building! I’m glad you’re enjoying the Six of Crows series, I can’t wait to try it! OMG I adored Red, White and Royal Blue. Henry was my fav ❤ ❤ I hope you enjoy Nimona 😀
